《私の目にはあなたが映り、あなたの目には私が映るの》は、作家が自身の母との関係性を捉え直す過程を記録したインスタレーション作品である。作家の母は既に亡くなっているため、作家の母の母である祖母との対話を通し、作家が祖母と母との記憶を呼び起こしながら「母」という存在との関係性を捉え直した。

I see you in my eyes, and you see me in yours. is an installation work that documents the artist’s process of reconsidering his relationship with his mother. Since the artist’s mother has already passed away, through a dialogue with her grandmother, the mother of the artist’s mother, the artist recaptured the relationship with the existence of “mother” by recalling the memories of her grandmother and mother.
